HQJOC Project wins National Project Management Award

 Codarra is proud to announce that the HQJOC Project took the National Project Management Achievement Award (PMAA) in the Construction Projects over $100M category. As the HQJOC C4I Project Team, Codarra played an vital role in the implementation of the complex ICT infrastructure that is required to support Defence's new Headquarters. As the the Project Manager dedicated to the C4I element's Codarra's Mr Peter Hill is the ACT Project Manager of the Year for 2009. He is carrying on the Codarra's tradition of achievement in these awards as Codarra's Phil Jones was the 2008 holder.

Systems Engineering is a disciplined methodology for the development and delivery of complex systems. Codarra's systems engineers are experienced across the complete capability life-cycle, from concept development through to system production.

 

Project Management

Codarra provides professional programme and project management services, training, certification, consultancy and support services to assist clients to develop their expertise in the efficient organisation and profitable delivery of programmes and projects.

We provide organisations with training, consulting and contracting services in programme and project management that will improve the performance of their projects by reducing costs and reducing the chances of project failure caused by management process failure.

 

Software Development

Codarra's team of software engineers have a wide range of software development skills and expertise. The team has developed a diverse range of applications over the last six years. These include:

  • the Electrical Loads Application;
  • The C4I Architecture Tool (CAT), used to assist in the development of Defence systems architectures; and
  • a range of databases supporting our assignments.

 

Systems Solutions

Codarra's Systems Solutions Division has a strong team of engineers with extensive system design, prototyping, building and testing skills and experience.Codarra's systems integration capabilities are clearly demonstrated in our range of products, including ELA and AVATAR.   We have also developed and integrated digital facsimile interface devices (Project PARAKEET) and a range of surveillance systems with tightly integrated communications systems.
