Codarra Manages Delivery of HQJOC's Technology for Initial Occupation
Warren Williams, Managing Director of Codarra, said that “Codarra is proud to have been responsible for managing the design and delivery of the HQJOC systems in time for the initial occupation.  The Defence and Codarra staff formed a cohesive and committed team that worked closely with the prime systems integrator Thales and the building supplier Praeco to deliver this facility.” “This project is testament to the world class project management and engineering capabilities of Codarra and Australian industry and is a model project for Defence and industry collaboration.”


CODARRA'S ELECTRICAL LOAD ANALYSIS TOOL BECOMES THE BENCHMARK IN AEROSPACE INDUSTRY

Located in the ACT  region, Codarra Advanced Systems Pty Ltd has recently been awarded the contract to supply its Electrical Loads Analysis (ELA) software to Lockheed Martin as part of its Enterprise Information Systems Program

The Codarra ELA software tool allows Aircraft designers and operators to accurately model and visualize the electrical loads within an aircraft.  This allows validation of planned changes to electrical loads and the construction of hypothetical scenarios to show the effect of those changes at different times of an aircraft’s flight.  Such modeling is extremely important to ensure that changes do not impair an aircraft’s system integrity and safety.

In a recent survey undertaken by Australian Defence Magazine Codarra is rated in the top 10 SME's coming in at number 7 for those still owned by Australians or New Zealanders. 

Codarra also broke into the top 50 Businesses this year.

PRINCE2 Training

Codarra delivers the PRINCE2 Practitioner  training course over five continuous days with the Practitioner Seminar on the morning of day five and the examination in the afternoon.

If a student prefers to delay the examination for additional prior study time, he or she may advise the trainer on day four, and arrangements will be made to return at a later date.

The PRINCE2 Foundation course is now available as a three (3) day course for those who work/wish to work in a PRINCE2 environment;  project management newcomers may elect to attend a one day introductory course prior to attending the Foundation course.

Project Management

Software Development

Codarra's team of software engineers have a wide range of software development skills and expertise. The team has developed a diverse range of applications over the last six years. These include:

Systems Solutions

Codarra's Systems Solutions Division has a strong team of engineers with extensive system design, prototyping, building and testing skills and experience.Codarra's systems integration capabilities are clearly demonstrated in our range of products, including ELA and AVATAR.   We have also developed and integrated digital facsimile interface devices (Project PARAKEET) and a range of surveillance systems with tightly integrated communications systems.
